It's All About The Lips

Avon, colour trend from the Kiss 'n' go range.

So i know i did a blog post about lipsticks last week, but i am loving this one and just had to  write about it :).

So i ordered some things from Avon a while ago and they came the other day, and i remembered ordering a lipstick, but i was sure i'd ordered a lighter colour so when i saw this one i was a bit confused and also unsure of the colour. I mean i liked the colour however i was unsure of how it would look on me, i was a bit worried that it would be too dark for my skin tone.

Anyway i tried it on and fell in love with it. I am so happy that i got this lipstick. It's just so nice, the colour is beautiful and it's so creamy and it seems to stay on for quite a while which is a good thing.

I am definately going to look through the Avon catalogue and choose more lipsticks from their colour trend range.

4 Nail Varnishes i'm Loving At The Mo;)

 

From left to right:

Space queen, Viva la green, Time for romance, Loving lavender

Here are my current fave nail varnishes. As you can see they are all quite bright and pretty, great for spring and summer

So the light pink sparkly one, the greeny one and the red sparkly one are all from the Essence range that as you all know i am loving at the moment, and the purple one is from Avon.

All 4 of them are good but i have to say that the green and the purple are slightly better than the sparkly ones and this is because they dry so so quickly and you only really need one or two coats for the colour to really show.

The only problem i have with the sparkly ones is that they are a bit gunky so it's a little more difficult to put them on, however once you have managed to apply them they seem to dry very quickly. Also the red sparkly one (not so much the pink glittery one) is a nightmare to get off and that is because the sparkles in the red one are bigger and therefore do not come away from the nail very easily.

Other than those two minor defects they are gorgeous. Wearing the bright colours really cheers me up with this crappy weather  we've been having in Italy at the moment.

I've bought a few more nailvarnishes from Essence so i will try them out and let you know what i think about them.

I do advice those who have the Essence range near them to try it out especially the nail varnishes.

Avon Talk

so for absoloutly ages now I have been ordering products from the Avon catalogues and I am really impressed with the stuff that I buy.

I especially like the nail varnishes and the lipsticks and both these products have such a wide variety of colours. As well as the different colours the quality is so good.

The nail varnishes are easy to apply and they dry very quickly,and you only have to put on one or two coats of the varnish for the colour to really come out.

The lipsticks are really nice and creamy and the colours are beautiful, they also have a really nice smell and they make your lips feel soft and make them look perfect.

Lush Lips

Hi guys,  

so as you know from my last blog post i am really into the range from Essence cosmetics, so here are 2 of the poducts that i bought a few weeks ago. 

 As you can see from the picture they are lipsticks, and i am absoloutly lurving them :).

I am loving these lipsticks so much because the colours are just so colourful,lovely and sheer. Perfect for the spring and summer time.

The other reason i love them is because they smell so gorgeous, so sweet and fruity.

As well as wearing these lipsticks during the day you can also wear them at night. The only negative thing i have to say about these products is that they don't last on your lips that long so make sure you keep them in your handbags so you can touch up as much as you want to.

I will definately be re-purchasing these lipsticks and will also be trying out the other colours in this range.

My Threading Experience And Shout Out

Hi guys!

I'm going to write about something that i've always known about but have never tried it out and that is threading. I never really new what threading was and it always baffled me. Until yesterday when i watched a youtube video showing how you thread your eyebrows, and today i thought i'd try it out seeing as it didn't look too difficult.So i tried it and absolute loved it. I found threading so so effective. So i'm giving a mega thanks to meganisobel on youtube and her blog http://lipssofacto.blogspot.com/  who introduced me to threading. The Essence Make-up Range

Hi guys,

about a year ago now i found a new range of cosmetics called "Essence" and ever since then i havn't stopped using the products. There is a massive range of products, they sell nail varnishes which come in a huge variety of colours, eyeshadows, lipsticks, mascaras, eyeliners and lots more.

I havn't tried every product of the range but the ones that i have tried out i absoloutly love. I'm loving the colours and also the fact that every product in the Essence range is really cheap. There is nothing that isn't over 5 euros which is amazing. Another great thing about "Essence cosmetics" is that they do not test on animals.

The only downside is that the Essence cosmetics range doesn't seem to be in England and there is no online shop either. The countries that do sell this makeup range are Italy (where i get it from), Ireland, North America,Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Croatia and Belgium.

Even though the makeup is not sold in England you can type in "Essence cosmetics" and it will go to their website which gives you all the info you need.

Hi, this is just a quick note to say hi. This is my 1st ever blog post. i decided to start a blog because i love everything to do with fashion and makeup and i love sharing my new finds with people so i thought that the best way of doing that would be to start a blog.
