Sephora Face Brush

Hi guys :).
So sorry I didn't blog yesterday. It felt really weird not writing, I've become obsessed with blogging and I just love it:).

Anyways today I'm going to be writing about a product that I purchased a few weeks ago now.
The thing is from Sephora and it is the sephora face brush.
It looks like this:

Face brush from Sephora
€6.00

I first saw this on the sephora website when I was browsing through it. I read some of the comments and overall they were good, so they next day I went to my local sephora shop and picked up the primer that I've done a blogpost on which you can read here and I also put the face brush in my basket, however when I looked at it properly I was quite dubious about it, I  had a feeling that it wouldn't really work. I knew that I wasn't going to be to upset if it didn't work seeing as it only cost €6.00.
So the next day I tried the brush out and I really liked and have used it ever since. The bristles aren't to soft which I thought they would be, or to hard. They are just right to wash your face giving it a gentle exfoliating treatment.
I use it everyday with my Nivea Gently Exfoliating Scrub, and they work great together.
I really recomment this brush and for €6.00 you can't really go wrong. I will definately be repurchasing this product.

Have any of you tried this brush? What did you think of it?

Top Tips on Tuesday: Take It Off

So as you know Tuesday I am giving out tips on various things. Last weeks post was on teeth and how important it is to keep them clean. If you want to read that post click here.

Today I will be writing about how important it is to take your make up off before going to bed.
We all know that we should remove our make up prior to sleeping, however a lot of people aren't aware of why it is so important.

So here are some reasons why you should always cleanse your face.
So other than the make up that you wear during the day, the skin picks up dirt what with all the pollution in the air, so cleansing your face is very important.

Another reason to remove your make up before bed is beacause when you sleep your skin needs to breathe. and if the skin has a layer of make up covering it, it is not able to do this.

The third reason is that as you sleep your body temperature rises, this makes the pores open, so if we are wearing make up it will sink deep down into them making them clogged and this will lead to breakouts.

The last reason why you should remove your make up before bed is because while you sleep the skin repairs itself with oxygen, being covered in make up will stop this from happening.

It is also very important to take you eye make up off. If you don't mascara could get into the eyes which could cause eye infections.
Also if you rub your eyes while asleep, if the lashes still have mascara on them, they could break, seeing as the mascara makes the lashes brittle.

So there you go guys. I can't stress how important it is to remove your make up every night. Your skin will thank you and it will also look much better than it would if you went to sleep with your make up on.

I hope you liked this post.
Comment if you have anything you'd like to say.

Until next time:)

Plimsolls

Plimsolls H&M
€ 9.95

These cute plimsolls have become my go to shoe. I bought them a few weeks ago and just have not stopped wearing them. They are so comfortable, so easy to put on and in my opinion they go with nearly everything. I think that the quality is really quite good for the price. I have worn them in a downpour and they didn't get too ruined which I was very impressed by. I expected them to just fall apart when they got wet but they didn't, good times :).
They are in two other colours which are white and navy blue an white and I might be cheeky and go buy another pair seeing as I love them so much.

Do you guys like plimsolls? If yes comment down below.

Sephora Smoothing Primer

Sephora Smoothing Primer
€ 14.00

Todays post is on this primer and if you have read my earlier posts you will see that I havn't critised any of the products that I have talked about. However I am going to write about why I'm not too keen on this product.
I picked this up in Sephora about 2 weeks ago. I've been wanting to try a primer for a while now so when I saw this one I picked it up. At the time I thought it was quite expensive for such a small bottle but for some reason my instincts told me to buy it anyway. I wish I hadn't gone with my instincts because it is definately not the product for me.The first time that I applied it to my face I knew that it wasn't for me. I didn't like the feel of it on my skin, it felt like my skin couldn't breathe. I'm sure it also made my blemishes worse. My face felt tight and at the end of the day when I took my make up off my blemishes were visibly worse.
Now this primer might work on other peoples skin, unfortunately it just does not agree with my skin.
I am currently looking around for a new primer. If any of you guys know of a good one post a comment.

Have any of you tried out this primer? If yes did you like it or did you find like me that it just didn't work for you and your skin?

Where is the Party At?

Essence Colour and Go range nail varnish
Colour: Where is the party at?

If you have read some of my previous blogposts you will know that I adore the Essence range, especially their nail varnishes.
Well here is another of there nail varnishes. The colour hasn't come off great in the photos, however if you look at the bottle you can see it has different tones in it. The main colours in this nail varnish are purple and green. So in some light it will look purple, in other light it will look green,  yesterday I looked down at my hands and the nails looked grey, and sometimes like now you can see the purple and green mix together.
I love this nail varnish and like the others that I have tried it last quite a good amount of time, it's easy to applicate and it dries very quickly which we all know is a major thumbs up, nobody likes sitting around for hours waiting for our the nails to dry.

Have any of you tried this colour? Or anything similar to it?

My Wishlist

Hi everyone :).
Today I'm going to share my wishlist with you. Like most girls and women out there I have written up a list of things that I would love to own, however, due to not having hardly any money I unfortunately cannot afford them.

So here is my wishlist:

The Iphone 4S
I know that practically everyone in the world owns an Iphone, but I have wanted an Iphone for quite a while now, so when I get a job and some money I will definately go and get myself the Iphone and get into the 21st century seeing as I have the oldest and most embarassing phone ever.

Mac Lipstick in Snob
Love the colour of this lipstick and it would be the one and only Mac product that I own, so will hopefully be getting my hands on it in the near future.

The Disco Pants
So again these are another hyped up product, but I do love the look  of them and I just want them :). It's as simmple as that :)

Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua
This product has been talked about so much and I've seen what it looks like on and it's gorgeous and I'm so curious to try it and see what it's like on my skin

The Pamdora Bracelet

I've been wanting this bracelet for years. I love the fact that you can buy the charms for the bracelet and that you can mix and matxh and you have your own special Pandora bracelet.

So there you have it guys. I hope you liked this post.
Tell me your wishlist in a comment at the bottom guys.

Until next time:)

ecoTools

Cotton Case

Brush Set

Blush Brush

Eye Shading Brush

Concealer Brush

Angled Eyeliner Brush

Lash and Brow Groomer

Hi guys:). So today I am going to be telling you about the ecoTools brush set. Some of you may already know about these, but for those of you who don't know I'm going to explain a little about them.

I got this brush set as a christmas from my mummy dearest:). I started using them straight away and immediatly loved them. All of the brushes are great, they make your make up look excellent and they really apply the product well.

So as you can see in the picture the first brush is the Blush Brush. I have used for blush and I must say that it applies the colour nice and evenly. I have also used this brush just for powder and it is fine for that as well.
The bristles are soft and they do not shed.

The second brush is the Eye Shading Brush. This is a good, big brush for eyeshadow and it glides over the eye perfectly. I havn't had any problem with fallout either which is always a good thing.

The third picture is of the Concealer Brush. This brush is really good at covering up those blemishes leaving your face looking flawless.

The next brush is the Angled Eyeliner Brush. I have used this with black powder to do my eyeliner and it is amazing, I was so impressed by this brush. It is so easy to use and gives you that perfect eye. I'm sure it is just as good with gel eyeliner, which i can't wait to try out.
Yesterday i also tried it to do my eyebrows with and it did just what i wanted it to do.

The last brush is the Lash and Brow Groomer. The comb to fix clumpy lashes it really good, it seperates the lashes beautifully. The brush for the brows is good as well it really does groom them.

I am a massive fan of these brushes and cannot wait to try more of them out. Not only are they great quality and they basically do what you want them to do without any hassle they have cruelty free bristles, the handles are made out of bamboo and recycled aluminum.

For me these brushes are a 10 out of 10, I will definatly be purchasing other things from the ecoTools collection.

I have looked up which countries you can buy the ecoTools range.
They are:
Colombia
Costa Rica
Croatia
Czech Republic
Denmark
El Salvador
Estonia
Greece
Honduras
Ireland
Italy
Kuwait
Norway
Panama
Serbia
Slovenia
Sweden
Thailand
The UK
Trinidad
United Arab Emirate
Venezuela

I wasn't able to find out if they have an online shop, i'll look around and let you know.

I hope you liked this post.
Have any of you used any of the ecoTools range? If yes did you love them as much as me or did they not float your boat? Let me know.

Until next time.
